Return/Exchange Policy: 

At this time, we do NOT offer a refund to source account keeping in mind the time and labour that goes into each product. We only offer exchanges against a different size or store credit for the amount you have spent. 

If the garment that you have purchased is not the right size, we will exchange the size for you within 7 days of delivery of the garments. You can send your order back to us and we will ship the exchange piece at no additional cost. 

We can only exchange the size of the garment, and not the design or colour. 

For exchange of co-ords, we can only exchange the size of the entire set, not just the shirt/pant. In case you wish to get a different size shirt/pant, additional charges of 100/- will be applicable.

PS: To avoid exchanging your order, be sure to view our size guide (which indicates garment measurements) carefully before placing your order. And ensure you go for a size that is at least 3-4 inches larger than your body measurement for a comfortable fit.

Steps for size exchange:

• Please email your exchange request at springishindia@gmail.com
• Mail subject line should have 'EXCHANGE - Name mentioned on the order - Order number'
• In the email, please mention the item you have received + the size you’d like to exchange it with
• Upon receiving these details, our team will share the return address with you; You can send your exchange piece back to us with the same details inside the packet. (The shipping cost of sending it back is borne by the customer.)
• Once received and verified that the return sent has NOT been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged and retains its original tags- We will process your exchange and ship out the requested exchange size at no additional courier charges. 

-In case the product does not meet our return/exchange requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.

Note: We only dispatch an exchange package once from our end, second or third-time exchanges have to be facilitated completely by the customer (sending and pickup of the piece from our HQ at their own cost).

Steps to request store credit:

• Please email your request at springishindia@gmail.com
• Mail subject line should have 'EXCHANGE AGAINST CREDIT - Name mentioned on the order - Order number'
• In the email, please mention the item you have received + the reason for requesting store credit 
• Upon receiving these details, our team will share the return address with you; You can send your exchange piece back to us with the same details inside the packet. (The shipping cost of sending it back is borne by the customer.)
• Once received and verified that the return sent has NOT been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged and retains its original tags- We will issue and email you details of the store credit for the order amount within 2 days of receiving your product. 
• The credit note can be redeemed at checkout when shopping on our website www.springish.in 

Note: The credit note will be valid for 6 months and cannot be broken into parts or clubbed with any other discounts or offers. Items purchased via credit note, will not be applicable for another exchange.

Damages and defects:

Please inspect your order upon reception and email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. So that we can evaluate the issue with urgency and make it right. In this case, we will have the product collected. 

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can ONLY replace it for the same product.

Note: All Springish designs are manually stitched by hand with natural handwoven fabrics, most of our designs are also hand-dyed. Slight variations in colour are characteristic of the handcrafted process, not a defect.

Customisations:

In case you can not find your size in our size guide or would like to make changes in length, we’d be happy to customise your order, at no additional cost. 

Instructions for Customisation: 

You can open the product you want to customise and click on "Want to customise size/length" button, which is visible just under the size guide. 

Once you click that button, you can mention your chest, waist and hip measurements + length measurements (if you want to request a change in length). And click on "Add to cart" and checkout as usual from there.

When we receive your order, we'll note down the changes you've requested, send them off to production and dispatch within a week or two. 

Important to note:

• We ONLY offer customisations on the length and size of the garment, not pattern or design. 

• All designs are not available for customisation, hence you will not see a "Customise" option under all products on the website. ONLY naturally dyed designs in our catalogue can be customised, and only those designs will have the "Customise" option on the website.

• We do NOT accept exchanges/returns on customised pieces as we are unable to repurpose them.
• The delivery timeline for customised pieces is 7-20 days.

To support our drive towards sustainability we work with eco-conscious vendors and craftsmen who try to recycle all our post-production waste, and most of our packaging is made out of recycled materials.
